This fabulous antique Scottish Silver necklace is genuine Edwardian, dated Birmingham 1906.

7 beautifully designed Silver thistles make up this lovely necklace, adorned with Citrine and Amethyst stones set into the thistles.

The name Citrine is derived from the colour – the yellow of lemon. Citrine is also known as Gold Topaz and is the birthstone for November.

Ancient cultures believed that placing a Citrine on the forehead of an elder would increase his psychic power.
