A stunning antique Edwardian daisy cluster ring bezel set with a deep blue sapphire in the centre (approx. 0.50ct), haloed by ten sparkling old mine cut diamonds which are exceptionally bright with excellent clarity and colour (approx. 0.80ct total).
Blue Sapphire is said to be a stone of truth, wisdom and protection. Its been a favourite of kings and royalty throughout history, adored for its royal blue colouring which was considered a reflection of the sky and the heavens, making it divine.
The piece is all 18ct gold and edged with milgrain around the border. It would make a gorgeous engagement ring showcasing a beautiful collection of gemstones that complement each other beautifully.
