Description
A petite Antique French drop pendant dating from the early 20th Century and adorned with a magnificent royal blue Sapphire which is approx. 2ct and showcased in a Platinum claw setting which allows light to pass through the side and back of the stone.
Blue Sapphire is said to be a stone of truth, wisdom and strength and has been adored throughout history for its deep royal blue colouring which was considered a reflection of the sky and the heavens, making it divine.
The main gallery is attached to a Platinum bale which is dotted with three single cut Diamonds (approx. 0.12ct total). It is very pretty and would look wonderful on a chain.
