A truly magnificent piece which portrays the superior workmanship of the era, it is modelled in Pinchbeck and then gilded in 18ct Gold. The barrel clasp is also set with five flat cut Garnets.
The Garnet has been adored throughout history for its blazing red colour which hides beneath its dark surface. It is said to be a stone of purity, truth and a symbol of love and compassion.
A truly collectible piece which has been beautifully made, with each link making that special jingle noise, which is superior to Georgian chains.
