A beautiful Antique Georgian cluster ring (Circa 1800) depicting a Forget me not at the front with five, claw set Turquoise petals and a rich pink Ruby in the centre.
Turquoise is a lovely opaque stone with a calming blue/ green colour that has long been associated with the Forget me not which in Georgian times was a symbol of love and remembrance.
The ring is all 18ct Yellow Gold with lovely engraving around the shank and fabulous golden wires coiling toward the face. Its been beautifully preserved over the centuries and has a lovely sentiment attached.
