This fabulous long Georgian chain is 18th Century – Circa 1780.
Absolutely breath-taking in workmanship, each link is hand made leading to an original barrel clasp.
Steeped in English History, purchased in London.
The necklace is 18ct gold on pinchbeck, this is not solid gold, it is 18ct gold gilded on pinchbeck metal.
Beautiful embossed workmanship throughout, even on the barrel clasp.
This really is an important, special Georgian necklace, very rare and collectable.
