A beautiful antique heart locket made in the late Victorian era and fashioned in 18ct Yellow Gold with a sparkling 0.08ct old cushion cut Diamond star set in the centre.
Hearts were a popular motif in the Victorian era and of course symbolised romance and true love with jewellery pieces often gifted as a romantic token.
The locket opens and closes securely with two rims and a window within for photographs to be framed. It would look lovely dangling from a Gold chain and is one to be treasured.
