A beautiful antique Victorian ring claw set with a mystifying Moonstone which is an impressive 5ct and shimmers with a blue glow.
The Moonstone has a lovely ghostly hue and a luminous surface similar to that of Moonlight. They are said to be a magical stone providing a channel for prophecy, and a path to wisdom.
The ring is all 18ct Yellow Gold and fully hallmarked and dated London 1860. The ring looks fabulous crowned upon the finger and is a great statement piece.
