A pretty antique Victorian locket chased with ornate patterning around the border with a floral centre piece on both sides depicting detailed leaves, roses and forget me nots.
Forget me nots are a symbol of love and remembrance. They were a popular motif in the Victorian period and popularly featured on lockets containing images of loved ones as it signified, that they will never be forgotten and remain forever close to the wearers heart.
The shell is fashioned in 9ct gold and has a lovely smoothness. Its the perfect gift for a loved one and is fitted with rims and windows within ready to house two cherished photographs.
