These fabulous antique Bohemian Garnet drop earrings are Victorian Circa 1880.
Each earring is decorated in shimmering red Bohemian Garnets with a large Cabochon Garnet dropper hanging in the centre.
The Garnet has been adored throughout history for its blazing red colour which hides beneath its dark surface. It is said to be a stone of purity, truth and a symbol of love and compassion.
The earrings are set in Garnet Gold and fitted with 9ct Yellow Gold shepherd hook wires.
These are a fabulous pair of antique earrings, steeped in history and hang beautifully from the ear!
Weigh 9.1 grams together.
Measure 21mm across x 48mm down.
Largest Garnet measures 8mm x 12mm.
Both in Excellent condition.
