Description
A sweet antique Victorian heart locket made in Birmingham in the late 19th Century. Its fashioned in 9ct gold and chased with scrolling, foliate artistry on both sides along with ivy leaves representing everlasting love.
Its complete with hallmarks and the makers mark on the back along with a shield engraved with a previous owners monogram. It was clearly a much-beloved piece and still contains original photographsinside of a finely dressed man and woman who were perhaps husband and wife.
