This fabulous antique Victorian large brooch is adorned with sparkling Paste Stones, Circa 1890.
Set in white metal.
The brooch is beautiful set with floral workmanship.
Paste is a heavy, very transparent flint glass that stimulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones, the Romans in particular were very skilful in the production of coloured glass Pastes.
Steeped in history, this brooch looks fabulous on a lapel.
Perfect for a special occasion!
