Antique Victorian Lariat Moonstone Necklace Circa 1900

Description

A fabulous Victorian lariat necklace from the late 19th Century made up of an array of luminescent Moonstone links leading to a long dropper hanging from the bottom.

The Moonstones come in various shapes and sizes and have a beautiful blue schiller with some small natural inclusions under the surface.

Each stone is framed in Sterling Silver and gilded in 18ct Yellow Gold with a newer ring clasp added at the end. Its very distinctive and looks wonderful dangling from the neck.

CONDITION: Some small faults on a few of the stones but otherwise in good condition given their age.
