A glorious antique Victorian solid 18ct Yellow Gold locket and chain featuring a fabulous insect in the centre of the locket encrusted with sparkling Diamonds.
Insect jewellery is highly collectable and was once considered a symbol of good luck to the wearer during the Victorian Era.
The locket displays beautiful engraved artistry across the front and back and complete with original rims and windows within showcasing a lock of hair from a previous owner which can be removed if preferred so you can add your own or photographs.
The piece also includes a lovely 15ct Gold rope twist chain fitted with an engraved torpedo clasp. It is a true antique treasure exhibiting stunning Victorian craftsmanship of its time.
