This fabulous antique Micro Mosaic necklace is genuine Victorian, Circa 1890.
The necklace boasts colourful floral Mosaic tile work on individual panels all round.
Micro mosaics are a special form of Mosaic that uses unusually small pieces of glass (tesserae), or in later Italian pieces an enamel-like material, to make small figurative images.
The floral Mosaics are very fine and beautifully set, each section is hand made.
All set in Yellow Metal including the chain.
Purchased in London and steeped in English history.
Looks fabulous when worn, a one of a kind necklace that is highly collectable.
