Description
A sweet antique dove brooch from the early Victorian era (Circa 1850) fashioned in 18ct gold with an array of blue and green turquoise encrusted across the top and pink ruby eyes at the head.
Doves are symbolic of peace, freedom and everlasting love. Their loving nature and deep devotion to their life partner have earned them the nickname The Love bird and make them a popular symbol used to show ones love and devotion to another.
Its a collectable antique find, in pristine condition and would look lovely pinned to a lapel.
