A lucky antique mid-Victorian heart brooch modelled in shining 9ct gold with three shamrocks in the centre, one adorned with a trilogy of sky-blue turquoise petals.
Its long been believed that both turquoise and shamrocks bring luck and good fortune to the wearer and were a popular gift between lovers in the Victorian era. Paired with the heart border the piece clearly expresses the wearer has been fortunate enough to find their one true love.
