This gloriously crafted ring boasts an exquisite 3.50ct emerald cut Aquamarine, with old cut Diamonds and French cut Sapphires arranged along the shoulders.
Aquamarine is adored for its beautiful clear Ocean blue colour which complements most skin types. The stone was once believed to be the treasure of Mermaids and was used as a token of happiness and good fortune.
The Sapphires provide a deep blue counterpoint to the sky blue of the Aquamarine, whilst the Diamonds sparkle in even the faintest light. The stones are Circa 1930 set in a newer 18ct White Gold gallery which is Art Deco inspired.
It is a beautiful piece, and a true treasure steeped in history.
