Its haloed by twelve bright brilliant cut diamond petals with a glistening tapered baguette cut diamond on each shoulder (approx. 1.3ct total). They have a clean, white sparkle and excellent SI 1 clarity H colour.
The Romans considered the Emerald to be the sacred stone of the goddess Venus and it was said to preserve love and provide hope. Its natural green colouring also makes it a stone of springtime and is associated with eternal love and faithfulness.
