Description
A beautiful Suffragette-inspired lavaliere necklace, fashioned in 9ct yellow gold. The piece is decorated with an alternating pattern of three violet amethysts, twelve white diamonds and two green peridots, with an additional pear cut peridot dangling from a dropper at the bottom.
Together the colours of each stone pay tribute to the womens Suffrage movement which took place in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which symbolised; Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
