A striking Suffragette tribute ring modelled in 9ct gold and bezel set with two green peridots (approx. 0.50ct each) and a violet amethyst in the centre (approx. 0.80ct).
The combination of violet and green gems was often used together to show support for the womens Suffrage movement in the early 20thCentury. A white stone was often present as well and together symbolised the movements key virtues; Violet for Royalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
Its a fabulous piece displaying a gorgeous trilogy of natural gems that contrast and complement each other beautifully.
