Description
These beautiful long 9ct Yellow Gold earrings were made in tribute to the Suffragette movement. They are set with a Pearl, leading down to pear cut Peridots and an Amethyst.
Suffragettes liked to be depicted as feminine. Their jewellery was chosen to counter the stereotypes put forward by opponents that they were mannish or shrieking. Give Women Votes – Green is for give, white is for women and violet is for votes.
The earrings look beautiful dangling from each ear and both fitted with push back studs.
They weigh 3.7 grams
